Jakobe K. Clark is a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan. As an experienced CPA with over 5 years working in finance and accounting, he’s held positions in both public accounting and consulting, working in varied organizational structures. After a successful launch in public accounting and consulting he founded Ironside Tax Services. His experience in Auditing, FP&A, and M&A has taught him how to collaborate effectively with individuals and business owners in varying states and navigating them towards long term financial success.

Co-Founder & COO
Gavin Lance Powell is a product manager and entrepreneur based in New York City. He started his career in the Payments Industry in roles ranging from Strategy to Sales. As a Product Manager accountable for federal agency programs, Gavin has performed change management execution at the largest scale both operationally and technologically. His own experiences as a successful small-business owner taught him what it takes to turn an ambitious idea to a profitable venture.
